The TV writers room process is responsible for the golden age of television. Typically, a writers room is composed of 6-12 writers who work 10 hours a day pitching story ideas for scripts. Television is a team sport where writers collaborate towards one common goal— to tell the best story.
Some years ago, Dominic and Kevin found themselves drawn into a creative endeavor at the request of a friend, who sought their input in brainstorming marketing strategies for her nascent start-up. Being TV writers, Dominic and Kevin instinctively applied the principles of television show development to this unique challenge. They asked questions, like, “Who’s the star of your show?” — “Why does your audience root for them?” — “How is your protagonist making the world a better place?”
This unconventional perspective led to the creation of a profoundly resonant message, transforming their friend's brand. Recognizing the potential of applying the TV writers' room approach to corporate branding, Dominic and Kevin discerned a valuable opportunity. It allowed them to assist companies in defining their brand's distinctive voice and leveraging it more effectively within the competitive marketplace.
